Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Violating it may result in account suspension or termination.

You may not use Timeline Scan to:

• Upload, store, or transmit content depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of any minor. Every uploaded image is scanned against the NCMEC CSAM database; matches are reported to law enforcement.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, including photographs of identifiable people who have not consented to your use of the Service to process their image.
• Use the Service for commercial data-aggregation, resale, or redistribution of any content, including any kind of facial-recognition service offered to third parties.
• Attempt to identify, locate, surveil, or track strangers using face embeddings or any other feature of the Service.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise obtain the underlying machine-learning models, embeddings of other users, or other technical infrastructure of the Service.
• Probe, attack, or interfere with the Service’s security or availability, including by attempting to overwhelm rate limits, bypass authentication, or access another user’s data.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third party’s rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.
• Share account credentials, create accounts on behalf of others without authorization, or operate more than one account per person without our written permission.
