Straight answers
The three questions everybody asks
What happens if I stop paying? +
Nothing is deleted the day a payment fails. Your library goes read-only for 30 days, then closes for 60 more. You get an email at each step with the deletion date and a one-click download of everything.
Renew at any point in those 90 days and it all comes back. A family member you have allowed to can also renew it under their name, so the photos stay in the family.
Can I download my original photos? +
Yes, whenever you want, whether you subscribe or not. You get the untouched original files exactly as you uploaded them, byte for byte, plus tagged copies with the corrected date and any handwriting from the back of the print written into the metadata.

Do you train AI on my photos? +
No. Your photographs, their metadata, and any face data are never used to train an AI model, ours or anybody else’s.
Photos go to our AI provider for one job, working out when each picture was taken, under an agreement that forbids training on them and keeps nothing afterward. The whole arrangement is written out in the privacy policy.
